WHAT WE PUT INTO OUR BODY AFFECTS EVERY ASPECT OF OUR LIVES!! OUR GUT HEALTH IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING EVERYTHING ELSE STEMS FROM THAT!  It can affect our moods our personality, our waist lines, our teeth health, our ability to absorb & process nutirients.  It also affects or emotions and energy levels   2015 was a huge eye opener of just how much small things add up I had all the other areas of my life in good shape however my seemingly good eating habits turned out to destroy my gut flora & provide perfect conditions for a condition called candisitis to grow.  Knowing what I know now it stems back to when my munchkin was born & I had to have a flush of penicillin & never took probiotics afterwards..........I was one of those silly people thinking eating my probiotic yogurt would be enough now I know that you need at least 10 billion daily to counter balance all of the antibiotics in our foods plus all of the white flours, sugars, milk, yeast & vinegar's found in so many products .  Below I will add helpful info and tid bits to aid anyone that needs it.  
    Through my research Candida is a huge problem for a lot of people but it can be prevented from overgrowing we all have it in our bodies but when we become unbalanced in gut flora it can overgrow and cause all sorts of side effects such as:   Gaining weight unexplainably, Fluid retention, Gassy/ Bloated feelings, Sore muscles, Lethargy, Low energy, Lack of libido, Mood swings/ Grumpyness, Swollen nose/ sinuses,When really bad it will give women & men yeast infections.   Also to note it can be passed back and forth between partners

The use of a naturopath and nutritionist have been amazingly helpful on my journey!!!!
