Service Description
This class can be done one on one or with a group.. I will also teach you about the chakras, an introduction of how they affect you in your every day life and color therapy.Plus grounding and clearing techniques to strengthen your connection and wash away other peoples energies.... In Reiki Level one you get your 1st attunement which allows you to practice the healing art of reiki on yourself, others and animals :) I offer a more in depth version where I check in with you at least twice a week , give you mini assignments to complete which help in the release of the old and strengthen your ability to connect and use reiki eventually it will become a part of you that is automatic . In the beginning it takes more mind focus :) We would also meet up for 2 mini 1/2 hr practice sessions this one is $290
